Special Skill needs consecutive uses to reach full power, in the following order:

1st:
• Deals 355% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
• The target automatically casts Shifting Mindless Attack on a random ally when mana is full at the start of a turn during 3 turns. When this effect is triggered, it shifts to the hit ally and the duration is refreshed.
• The target and nearby enemies get -45% decrease for any healing received for 3 turns.

2nd:
• Deals 450% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
• The target automatically casts Shifting Mindless Attack on a random ally when mana is full at the start of a turn during 4 turns. When this effect is triggered, it shifts to the hit ally and the duration is refreshed.
• The target and nearby enemies get -85% decrease for any healing received for 4 turns.
